Cade Lemcke – Director

Playing experience – Cade played high school ball at McQuaid Jesuit HS (Rochester, NY), won a state title in 1997. Played prep school ball at Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA) for Coach Scott Shepherd and Kevin Keatts. Played college ball at the University of Virginia for Coach Pete Gillen.

Coaching experience – Currently is the founder/director of the East Coast Fusion – Youth Development Program. This AAU program has helped 35 players (in 3 years) go on to play college basketball (16 – Division I, 4 – Division II, 9 – Division III, 6 – NJCAA). Prior to East Coast Fusion, he worked with players one-on-one to help them with skill development and mentor them through the recruitment process (8 – Division I, 3 – Division III). He was an assistant coach at McQuaid Jesuit HS from 2001 – 2003.

Frankie Cabrera– Scout

Playing experience – Frankie played his high school basketball at Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA) where he was an all-state player and scored over 2,000 points. Played college basketball at Liberty University for two years before transferring to Virginia Wesleyan College. Frankie spent one year playing professionally in Puerto Rico.

Coaching experience – Currently is the founder/director of the Wave Basketball Club, one of the top performing AAU programs in Virginia. He is also an assistant coach at Cape Henry Collegiate, one of the top private schools in the state year in and year out. Currently lives in Virginia Beach and has a good feel for the talent in Hampton Roads area of Virginia.

Justin Dalton– Scout

Coaching experience – Coached eight years of high school basketball in central Virginia on both the public school and private school side. Spent time as an assistant coach at Faith Christian Academy, Brookville High School and Rustburg High School. Coached at the prestigous Hoop Group Elite camps in Trenton (NJ) and Reading (PA) which allowed him to grow relationships with high school, AAU and college coaches up and down the east coast. He is currently a co-director for of the East Coast Fusion AAU program. Currently lives in the Lynchburg (VA) area and has a good feel for the talent in central and southern Virginia.

Jack Leasure – Scout

Playing experience – Jack played high school ball at McQuaid Jesuit HS (Rochester, NY), won a state title in 2003. Played college ball at Coastal Carolina University for Coach Pete Strickland, Coach Buzz Peterson and Coach Cliff Ellis. Amongst many awards, Jack was the Big South Freshman of the Year, Big South Player of the Year, and he is currently #5 on the NCAA Career Three Point Field Goal list while playing fewer games than everyone in the top 5. Jack is currently playing professional ball in Europe .
